ABC School will have full days Tuesday, Jan 17 through Friday, Jan 20, 8am – 3pm.

Midterms for Seventh and Eighth Grade will be on January 19 and 20 (Thursday and Friday). First and second hour exams will be held on Thursday and third and fourth hour exams will be on Friday.  Please make sure your child is here on time!

The nine weeks ends on January 20th.  Report cards will be sent home the following Thursday!

· Decorate classroom doors with “Drug Free” theme

WEDNESDAY, OCT 27TH “A DRUG FREE LIFE ROCKS”
· Wear your Red Ribbon
· Dress like a ‘Rock Star’
· Write a short essay about things that are fun to do instead of drug
· Essay winners from each grade will win a prize
Create Classroom poster to be displayed at front of school.

THURSDAY, OCT 28TH SAY PEACE OUT TO DRUGS”
· Wear your Red Ribbon
· Wear your favorite retro or blast from the past clothing

FRIDAY, OCT 29th “TEAM UP AGAINST DRUGS”
· Wear your Red Ribbon
· Wear your favorite Team shirt or hat to show you have
“better things to do than drugs”
*Exceptional Eagle Pep Rally 1:00pm and Character Parade 2:00pm

Remember to wear your red ribbon everyday!

Reminders:

  • Handicapped parking is reserved for those with permits.
  • Do not park in areas that block drop off or pickup traffic
  • Changes in transportation must be made by 1:30.
  • If you need to pick your child up early, you must do so before 2:30.
  • Absences are ONLY excused due to illness (3 or more days require a doctor’s excuse,) death in the family or recognized religious holidays.

Be on the lookout for a letter from your teacher. This will include the supplies you will need to begin a wonderful year.

Orientation will be August 18th at 1:00pm. At Open House you will be able to purchase and pick-up pre-ordered school shirts, purchase planners and Eagle folders, fill out enrollment packets, and meet and greet your new teachers.
